This agreement describes the arrangement between EKM Gallery and the artist and may be canceled at any time at the discretion of us or you. 

Artists guarantee that they have created the submitted works and hold full and sole ownership of them.

This gallery is provided for individual artists to exhibit and sell their artwork.

 

The Artist:

• Artists retain the sole ownership and copyright for the images.

• Would have submitted this agreement before displaying the work on the website. 

• Would have paid EKM Galley before displaying work on the website.

• Would have provided correct and up-to-date contact details. 

• Would have provided the following information for each piece exhibited: name of the artist, title of the piece, brief description, medium, price, and a photo (via the submission form which link will be emailed to you)

• Would have provided a relevant short biography for the artist that may be displayed and used for social media posts.

 

EKM Gallery:

• Will display your work for the agreed dates of exhibition, subject to the other clauses in this agreement. 

• May ask you to take a break from exhibiting after 3 months to allow other artists and keep the gallery fresh to encourage regular repeat customers. If your art sells well and there is a regular flow of new pieces you are unlikely to be asked to take an exhibiting break.

• Will provide you with a: poster, the link to the exhibition website, and the link to our social media to other social media with information about your Exhibition.

• The time of the exhibition is three months. After this period all archives are moved to the "Past Exhibitions" section of the website www.ekmgallery.co.uk

As per our GDPR policy, we will delete your email from our Gmail contact list within 3 months of this agreement's end.
